Peppermint Oil 10ml – Atlantic Aromatics
Pure essential oil distilled from the menthe piperita herb.
Peppermint oil is traditionally associated with the digestive system the oil can also be inhaled to help clear the head. It promotes healthy digestion and helps stimulate and counter mental fatigue. Peppermint does have a calming effect.
Tip: Add 2 to 4 drops of oil into a bowl of steaming hot water and inhale the steam. Oils may also be inhaled by putting a few drops on a tissue.
Vaporisation OR Oil Burner – In an oil burner the heat from a night light candle can be used to vaporise a few drops of essential oil. Depending on the size of the room and ventilation add between 5 and 15 drops to the bowl of the burner and fill with water.
Inflammable. Not for internal use. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from eyes. If pregnant or currently receiving medical treatment consult your doctor before use. Use within 3 years of opening.
