Delivery is available both locally and nationally. All orders are delivered using a reliable courier. Using the delivery address provided by you, the customer, and the courier team will attempt to deliver your order 3 times where someone at the address shall be requested to sign for your package.
 
In the case where delivery is not executed during these 3 attempts, due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the customer shall be responsible for the loss incurred on the order. It is important to note that delivery of items will not be attempted on Sunday's and public holidays unless a special arrangement has been made with the courier service.
 

Lead-time for Processing and Packaging

Lead-time is subject to availability of items ordered. However, during working hours Monday – Friday, most approved orders leave our shop within one business day. Orders are approved once payment has been received and all the billing and shipping information has been verified.
 

Returns & Refund Policy

Holisticproducstireland.com have the right to cancel any order you make for any item if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund. You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through our online store for a full refund.
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 working days of receipt in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange. You must pay for the appropriate postage costs when returning products to us for exchange or refund.
 
If a gift arrives damaged or there is some form of discrepancy, holisticproductsireland.com will make every effort to resolve the problem in a timely manner and to you, the customer's, satisfaction. Refunds and credits will be at the sole discretion of holisticproductsireland.com. All claims must be issued in writing by post or e-mail info@holisticproductsireland.com .Via phone is not accepted.
